When it’s time to replace your roof, work will include:

• Removing old shingles/tiles
• Making necessary repairs to the original roof decking
• Replacing flashing and other roofing components as needed, usually where leaks may occur (around the chimney, roof-to-wall junctions, etc.)
• Installing proper weatherproofing and moisture-barrier underlayment
• Installing new shingles or tiles
• Cleaning up construction area and using a sweep magnet to clean up nails
• Final inspection with our quality control supervisor
